Graphic Design and Video Creation Opportunity

About this opportunity: A leading institution is seeking a skilled Graphic Designer and Video Editor to join their marketing team.

Job Summary:

The role will be responsible for creating visual concepts, designing digital and print graphics, and editing video content for social media, the website, and marketing campaigns. It will report to the Head of Marketing and work in close coordination with members of the marketing team.

  • Develop creative concepts and designs for digital and print media, including social media, websites, brochures, etc., as per the brief.
  • Edit video content for social media, YouTube, website, and marketing campaigns.
  • Conduct on-campus video and photo shoots using mobile phones and/or institution equipment.
  • Communicate with vendors to ensure quality of the final product.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively with stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A minimum of 5 years' formal education in visual/graphic design.
  • At least three years' experience in graphic design and video editing.
  • Proficiency in using Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro.
  • Basic photography and videography skills, understanding DSLR/mirrorless camera functions and being able to shoot in manual mode.
  • An online portfolio – on Behance, Dribbble, or other website.
  • Ability to travel to our campus at Kalyan, District Thane. This is an on-site position, and we do not offer work from home.

Nature of Engagement:

This is a one-year contract, extendable thereafter.
