About the Role

As a Graduate Trainee, you will be part of our team responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance clients' online reputation.

We are looking for talented individuals with strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as excellent presentation abilities. They should have basic knowledge of social media platforms and online marketing.

The ideal candidate should stay updated on emerging industry trends and best practices in reputation management. They should also be able to track performance, measure sentiment, and identify trends using ORM tools.

The role involves monitoring and managing online reviews, forums, and discussions across multiple platforms. The candidate should respond to and address negative sentiment or mentions to mitigate potential risks.
