Job Overview:

We're seeking a visionary leader to spearhead our data engineering team. As Principal Engineering Manager, you'll be responsible for leading a high-performing team in building scalable data platforms and delivering innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a world-class data engineering team, fostering collaboration and driving innovation.
  • Collaborate with partners to develop high-quality data platforms using latest technologies.
  • Champion data-driven decisions, identifying and prioritizing features for delivery.
  • Design and architect internet-scale services, leveraging machine learning models to drive business objectives.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, building relationships and driving growth.

Requirements include a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field, 12 years of experience in building high-scale enterprise data engineering solutions, and 3 years of management experience leading a high-performance team.

Qualifications:
  • Strong technical leadership skills, with the ability to drive innovation and growth.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
  • Experience in designing and developing distributed systems on cloud platforms.
