The Role
As a ServiceNow CMDB Engineer at Kyndryl, you will be part of a dynamic team that contributes to the development and implementation of cutting-edge service management solutions. Your primary focus will be on designing, developing, and maintaining ServiceNow CMDB configurations, ensuring seamless integration with other ITOM modules. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements that drive business value.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop ServiceNow CMDB configurations, incorporating best practices and industry standards
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop tailored solutions
- Implement process improvements and ensure seamless integration with other ITOM modules
- Provide expert-level support for ServiceNow CMDB, including data consumption, experience with ITOM (e.g., Discovery IRE, Service Mapping), and scripting knowledge (e.g., data type structures, basic syntax)

Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience working with ServiceNow, including developing, configuring, testing, deploying, and maintaining ServiceNow applications (e.g., ServiceNow CMDB, ITx, ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, ITAM)
- ServiceNow CSA certified System Administrator certificate or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in scripting fundamentals and JavaScript
- Experience with Agile and DevOps Way of Working
