About the Role

In this opportunity as Lead Technical Data Steward (EPMT – Product), you will:

  • Assist with and/or review business requirements and ensure completeness and resolve any ambiguity (clarify requirements).
  • Ensure use of requirements traceability principles and change control processes in execution of daily responsibilities.
  • Translate and/or review technical specifications ensuring alignment with requirements (and completeness).
  • Assist in identification and implementation of short-term and long-term solution options, including risk assessments, and recommendations to business and technology leadership.
  • Assist and review design options and be accountable to ensure business and technical requirements are met.
  • Define and lead overall testing requirements and strategies ensuring application fully meets business, technical, and operational requirements.
  • Provide business, technical, or general guidance to team members as well as across teams in area of subject matter expert by possessing in-depth knowledge Data Domain (EPMT).
  • Develop milestones and dependencies for realistic estimates required for own work and may validate other team members' estimates.
  • Coordinate and support related groups, such as but not limited to documentation teams, quality assurance teams, customer support teams or operations/deployment teams.
  • Facilitate discussions, actively listen, identify, and communicate issues.
  • Communicate status updates and reports to management and key stakeholders.
  • Interact with stakeholders (possibly international), team members, and management within or across organizations for the purpose of communication, collaboration, and influencing.
  • Adept at all aspects of technical communications, including using presentation technologies (e.g., Teams, PowerPoint) and software demonstrations.
  • Design and deliver demonstrations of software to business and technical stakeholders.
  • May contribute to, or create, and execute communication plan.
  • Ensure self and team use disciplined system development lifecycle processes, adhering to team/company standards and best practice guidelines, and corporate policies.
  • Research and identify standards and best practices as appropriate for discipline.

About You

You're a fit for the role of Platform Support Analyst if your background includes:

  • 6+ years business analysis, technical specifications, data models, and quality assurance experience.
  • Knowledge in Java, database technologies like SQL.
  • Knowledge of Master Data Management (MDM).
