Design Experience Specialist Job
About This RoleThis is a role that requires the development and execution of customer experience solutions for online applications and websites. The position involves participating in developing and executing customer experience solutions by employing a broad array of user-centered design tools.
Your Responsibilities- Develop and execute customer experience solutions for online applications and websites.
- Analyze business, user, and technical requirements to guide risk deliverables.
- Review and analyze relevant internal and external sites to determine best practices.
- Presentation and defense of designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and direct managers.
- Collaboration with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals.
To be considered for this role, you should have 2+ years of experience in Online and Digital Product Design, Information Sciences, Graphic, and Visual Arts.
Desired Qualifications- Experience in BFSI domain will be preferred.
- A portfolio/work samples required for consideration.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and fulfill design needs.
- Closely communicate with India and US stakeholders to deliver best-in-class product designs.
- Experience working in Design systems.
- Familiarity with iterative and Agile development processes.
The ideal candidate will have a command of common design tools, most notably Figma, and be comfortable with ambiguity and able to shape and drive work independently.
