Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Interior Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent creative thinking skills and be able to create Modular designs based on conversations with clients.

The successful applicant will be confident communicating regularly with clients to assess their needs and adjust their approach based on feedback.

Maintaining familiarity with the Interior Design landscape and trends is essential to provide the best solution for clients.

  • To own the Sales funnel & drive Sales Closure.
  • To own Customer Experience during a project.
  • To lead and own quality & accuracy of design deliverables.
  • To own an end-to-end Project lifecycle.

Requirements

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • A degree or relevant diploma in Interior Design or a related field.
  • Freshers to up to 2 years of experience as an Interior Designer.
  • An understanding of design tools, presentation software, and AutoCAD.
  • Proficiency in Conceptual design (Layout, Style), Technical design (Material knowledge, Execution and Drawing Preparation), and Modular design (Material knowledge, aesthetics & functionality, module planning).
  • Knowledge of Civil works & Services (specifications & installation details).
  • The ability to create Bills of Quantities for customers and coordinate with internal & external agencies.
  • Sales expertise in driving sales closure through logical and trusted sales pitches.
  • Strong behavioural attributes including result-oriented work ethic, teamwork, integrity, and ethics.
  • A willingness to learn and drive performance among independent team members.
