We are seeking a skilled Performance Test Lead with extensive experience in JMeter for our India Team.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with JMeter scripting, parameterization, and complex test scenario design. They should be able to create, maintain and optimize sophisticated JMeter scripts for various applications and environments.

  • Strong programming skills in JavaScript for test automation and custom scripting

The successful candidate will possess:

Advanced Proficiency in:

  • JMeter scripting, parameterization, and complex test scenario design

Extensive Hands-on Experience in:

  • Creating, maintaining, and optimizing sophisticated JMeter scripts for diverse applications and enterprise environments

Leadership & Management:

  • Proven track record of leading and mentoring performance testing teams
  • Experience in establishing performance testing standards, processes, and best practices
  • Ability to architect and oversee end-to-end performance testing strategies across multiple concurrent projects

Process & Methodology:

  • Extensive experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments with the ability to guide team adoption
  • Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, architects, and product managers
  • Experience in performance test planning, execution, and results analysis for enterprise-scale applications

Additional Qualifications:

  • Experience with AI tools in testing or performance analysis is highly preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex performance issues
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to present findings to stakeholders at all levels
