Job Description

About this role:

Our organization is seeking a seasoned investment portfolio manager to lead complex analytics and oversee global market conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage teams responsible for sophisticated treasury finance metrics analysis.
  • Oversee monitoring and evaluation of global market conditions, funding, asset, and liability management.
  • Lead all aspects of critical treasury finance functions.
  • Ensure deliverables are completed and compliant with regulatory requirements.
  • Implement strategic projects and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with leaders to drive business objectives.
  • Interact with external agencies and industry forums.
  • Participate in industry standard setting processes.

Portfolio Management & Analysis:

  • Oversee financial research, analysis, and portfolio structuring.
  • Drive model lifecycle management - validation, implementation, performance monitoring.
  • Lead scenario analysis, stress testing, and align portfolios with risk appetite frameworks.

Model Governance, Development, Monitoring & Validation:

  • Lead robust model governance and alignment with internal policies and industry best practices.
  • Validate models across asset classes.
  • Enhance and automate model validation processes.

Risk & Data Management:

  • Ensure effective risk oversight, documentation, risk reporting.
  • Facilitate data quality management and regular reporting.
  • Support the implementation of streamlined business processes and end-user products.

Team Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Mentor quantitative analysts and oversee project execution.
  • Act as the point of contact for stakeholders regarding portfolio and model matters.

Required Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of Treasury experience.
  • 3+ years of management or leadership experience.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field.
  • Strong experience in investment portfolio management, banking, or asset management.
  • Deep expertise in model development, validation, quantitative analytics, and risk management.
