About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Solution Specialist to drive Hybrid Cloud solution sales through ISVs, Alliances, Global Consulting Firms, and Large System Integrators (SIs). This role is crucial in strengthening our partner ecosystem, driving business growth, and expanding market penetration.

The ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset, deep industry expertise, and a proven ability to develop and execute successful partner sales strategies within the ISV and hardware ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive Oracle's Hybrid Cloud Systems business through ISVs, Alliances, Global Consulting Firms, and Large System Integrators (SIs).
  • Cultivate and manage long-term relationships with ISVs and alliances to enhance Oracle's market presence.
  • Identify, onboard, and support new ISV partners while strengthening engagement with existing ones to maximize revenue potential.
  • Collaborate with internal sales, marketing, and technical teams to equip ISVs and alliances with the necessary tools, training, and certifications.
  • Lead joint go-to-market initiatives and demand generation programs to create new business opportunities with ISVs and alliance partners.
  • Analyze market trends, competitive dynamics, and evolving customer needs to refine ISV and alliance strategies.
  • Ensure the achievement of quarterly and annual business objectives through effective ISV and alliance management.
  • Partner with Oracle's Hybrid Cloud Systems sales team to identify and accelerate the closure of large-scale opportunities, driving incremental revenue growth through ISV partnerships.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in managing ISVs, Alliances, Global Consulting Firms, and Large System Integrators (SIs), with a strong background in partner-driven business models.
  • Deep understanding of hardware systems, including servers, storage, networking, and cloud-based infrastructure solutions.
  • Proven success in developing and expanding ISV and alliance ecosystems to drive revenue and market share.
  • Strong relationship management, negotiation, and communication skills, particularly within ISV partnerships.
  • Hands-on experience in joint business planning, ISV enablement, and demand generation programs.
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced, highly competitive business environment while managing multiple priorities.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess performance, identify growth opportunities, and implement effective ISV and alliance strategies.
