Job Summary

We are seeking an accomplished Professor of Computer Science to join our esteemed institution. This is a full-time tenure-track position that offers an exciting opportunity for academic excellence and research innovation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Teach undergraduate and postgraduate courses in areas like Data Structures & Algorithms, Operating Systems, Computer Networks, Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning, Database Management Systems, Web / Mobile Application Development, and more.
  • Develop course materials, lesson plans, and lab manuals.
  • Conduct examinations, evaluations, and academic assessments.
Research Focus

As a Professor of Computer Science, you will be expected to conduct original research and publish in reputable national and international journals.

  • Pursue funded research projects with top-notch collaborators.
  • Supervise research scholars, M.Tech projects, and Ph.D. students.
  • Present research at prestigious conferences and workshops.
Mentorship & Guidance
  • Mentor students academically and professionally.
  • Support student participation in hackathons, coding competitions, and internships.
Curriculum Development
  • Participate in curriculum revision and syllabus alignment with industry trends.
  • Lead development of new courses, electives, or certificate programs.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Ph.D. in Computer Science & Engineering or equivalent.
  • M.Tech/M.E. and B.Tech/B.E. in CSE or related field with first class.
  • Minimum 8 years of total teaching/research/industry experience (including 3 years at the level of Assistant Professor).
Required Skills:
  • Deep expertise in core and emerging areas of CSE (AI, IoT, Data Science, Cloud, Cybersecurity, etc.).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Research mindset with the ability to lead academic teams and projects.
  • Proficient in programming languages, tools, and technologies relevant to teaching and research.
