Job Overview

Sesa Care Private Limited, a renowned manufacturer and exporter of authentic Ayurvedic hair care products, seeks an experienced Influencer Marketing Specialist to join their team in Thane. This key role involves developing and implementing influencer marketing strategies, managing YouTube campaigns, maintaining public relations, and supporting sales initiatives.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

  • Collaborating with influencers (paid, barter) to create engaging content promoting the brand.
  • Designing retention marketing strategies to retain existing customers and drive repeat business.
  • Managing YouTube campaigns, including script development, video review, and product dispatch coordination.
  • Preparing reports and sharing ideas on snippets/ad creation.
  • Coordinating with the finance team for timely payments.

The successful candidate will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong sales support and collaboration skills, and experience in the FMCG or beauty industry.

Key Responsibilities

This position entails several key responsibilities, including:

Influencer Collaboration

Identify and partner with suitable influencers to develop engaging content that promotes the brand effectively.

Retention Marketing Strategies

Develop and implement retention marketing strategies to ensure customer satisfaction and drive repeat business.

You Tube Campaign Management

Manage YouTube campaigns, including script writing, video review, and product dispatch coordination to meet project deadlines.

Report Preparation

Prepare detailed reports and share ideas on creating effective snippets and advertisements.

Finance Coordination

Coordinate with the finance team for timely payments to influencers and vendors.

Required Skills and Qualifications
