We're seeking a skilled UI Developer to enhance our software development team.

About the Role

The ideal candidate should have experience with jQuery and ReactJS, as well as the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to create visually appealing and user-friendly applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement responsive web applications using ReactJS and jQuery
  • Ensure a seamless user experience by following best practices in UX/UI design
  • Optimize front-end performance to enhance application speed and responsiveness

Collaboration and Communication:

  • Work with engineering teams to integrate UI components with backend services
  • Partner with business development teams to translate customer needs into design solutions
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and provide creative UI/UX input

User-Centered Design:

  • Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for new product features
  • Conduct usability testing and gather feedback for continuous improvement
  • Maintain design consistency across all company products and platforms

Code Quality and Maintenance:

  • Write clean, reusable, and efficient code for UI components
  • Maintain and update existing UI frameworks and libraries
  • Troubleshoot and debug UI-related issues

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in UI development
  • Proficiency in ReactJS, jQuery, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
  • Experience with responsive design frameworks (Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS, etc.)
  • Knowledge of design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch
  • Strong understanding of front-end performance optimization
  • Experience working in Agile development environments using tools like Jira and Confluence
  • Basic understanding of RESTful APIs and integrating UI with backend services
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with diverse teams

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with UI testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress, etc.)
  • Familiarity with TypeScript and modern CSS frameworks
  • Knowledge of accessibility best practices (WCAG, ARIA)
