About this role:

This role focuses on optimizing supply chain operations by ensuring seamless demand/supply planning, production scheduling, and order promising processes.

  • Manage, support, and enhance APO modules to drive business excellence.
  • Provide L2/L3 support for SAP APO modules (DP, SNP, PP/DS, gATP).
  • Partner with business users to resolve incidents, requests, and issues within Service Level Agreements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Demand/supply planning, production scheduling, and order promising process management.
  • Support enhancements, testing, and deployment of APO-related changes.
  • Collaborate with SAP Basis, integration, and business teams for smooth operations.

Requirements:

  • 5–7 years of SAP APO support/implementation experience.
  • Expertise in at least two modules: DP, SNP, PP/DS, or gATP.
  • Strong understanding of SAP ECC (MM, PP, SD) integration.
  • Hands-on with incident, change, and problem management.
  • Experience with CIF integration and master data consistency.
  • Exposure to S/4HANA embedded PP/DS is a plus.
