Find the perfect Closing Manager candidate with a proven track record of success in post-sales and closing operations within the real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the entire closing process, ensuring seamless execution from agreement to final settlements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, CRM, Finance, Legal, and Project, to facilitate timely and hassle-free handovers.
  • Maintain statutory compliance, encompassing stamp duty, registration, RERA documentation, and taxation.
  • Resolve customer queries related to documentation, possession, and payments in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Promote data accuracy by maintaining up-to-date customer records and closing-related documentation.
  • Drive process improvements to enhance the customer experience during the post-sales phase, fostering long-term relationships.
Required Candidate Profile:
  • A minimum of 7 years' experience as a Closing Manager or Assistant Manager – Closing with a reputable real estate developer.
  • In-depth knowledge of real estate documentation, compliance, and registration processes, enabling effective navigation of regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills, facilitating seamless collaboration with stakeholders.
  • A graduate or post-graduate degree (MBA preferred) with a strong foundation in business principles and practices.
