About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in our company's growth and development. As a Content Marketer, you will be responsible for assisting marketing and sales teams alike along with the entire content team on all key initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and oversee the content strategy, ensuring it aligns with overall marketing goals.
  • Plan and execute content calendars, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality content that aligns with company vision.
  • Integrally work with marketing and sales teams to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns that drive company objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of creative content, using data-driven insights to refine and improve content strategies and campaigns.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of work experience in marketing or content production.
  • Education and/or background in Architecture and/or Interior Design.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage customers and convey complex concepts clearly and concisely.
  • You're open to being a generalist and adapting to the uncertainty of early-stage startups. Strong ability to deal with ambiguity and problem-solve for aspects that you or the team may encounter the first time or are not familiar with.
  • You bring your own unique skill set to the table and collaborate with others to accomplish your team's goals with a firm focus on targets and deadlines.
  • You experiment, test, try, fail, and learn continuously.
What You Will Do:
  1. Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective content marketing strategies.
  2. Drive business results through creative and engaging content, including blog posts, social media posts, email campaigns, and more.
  3. Conduct market research and stay up-to-date on industry trends to ensure our content stays relevant and fresh.
  4. Collaborate with designers, developers, and other stakeholders to create visually appealing and user-friendly content experiences.
