Job Title: Software Development Lead

As a software development lead, you will develop and configure software systems for end-to-end or specific stages of the product lifecycle. Your key responsibilities include collaborating with various teams to ensure software meets client requirements, applying knowledge of technologies and methodologies to support project goals, and overseeing the development process to ensure timely delivery and quality standards are met.

Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Expertise in multiple Siemens applications like Teamcenter, Opcenter, Capital, Tecnomatix is an added advantage.
  • Expected to be a subject matter expert (SME).
  • Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
  • Responsible for team decisions.
  • Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions.
  • Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
  • Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance skills and capabilities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Must have proficiency in Siemens Teamcenter.
  • Experience with software development methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall.
  • Strong understanding of system integration and configuration management.
  • Familiarity with programming languages relevant to software development.
  • Ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex software issues.

The candidate should have a minimum 12 years of experience in Siemens Teamcenter. This position is based in Pune. A 15 years full time education is required.
