Siemens Opcenter MES Specialist Opportunity

Are you an expert in implementing and upgrading Siemens Opcenter Execution systems? Do you have a strong background in medical device manufacturing?

We are seeking a skilled MES specialist to join our team. As a key member of our implementation team, you will be responsible for installing, configuring, and troubleshooting Opcenter components.

Responsibilities:

  • Install and upgrade Opcenter components, including documentation for validation and audit purposes.
  • Configure interfaces using Opcenter Connect MOM and Level 2 integrations via OPC UA for machine connectivity.
  • Execute master data and configuration migrations to higher environments.
  • Collaborate with infrastructure teams to ensure application requirements are met.
  • Utilize Siemens standard reporting tools for generating operational and compliance reports.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience with Siemens Opcenter Execution Medical Device and Diagnostics.
  • Strong hands-on experience in component installations and upgrades.
  • Interface configurations (OPC UA, SAP).
  • Master data/configuration migrations.
  • Solid understanding of infrastructure requirements related to MES.
  • Familiarity with standard Siemens MES reporting tools.

Preferred Skills:

  • MES modeling (UDCD, business rules, user queries).
  • Experience with Designer and Portal Studio (MAP, workflows).
  • Knowledge of Qualification frameworks (IQ/OQ/PQ).
