Cloud Counselage Pvt Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Chief Marketing Strategist to lead our marketing efforts and drive business growth.

Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven marketing professional with a proven track record of success in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies. As a Chief Marketing Strategist, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our marketing efforts, including brand management, market research, competitor analysis, product marketing, campaign management, public relations, budget management, performance monitoring, and stakeholder collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the company's overall objectives and goals.
  • Brand Management: Develop and maintain the organization's brand identity, including brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity.
  • Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market research to identify market trends, consumer preferences, and competitive insights.
  • Competitor Research & Analysis: Conduct competitor research to compare your results with your competitors' performance.
  • Product Marketing: Collaborate with product development teams to understand product features, benefits, and target market.
  • Campaign Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and analysis of marketing campaigns across various channels.
  • Public Relations: Oversee the organization's public relations efforts and corporate communications.
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget, allocating resources effectively to maximize ROI.
  • Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and marketing metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience with some sort of leadership position in an association, college clubs, etc.
  • 2+ years of proven experience in Marketing or relevant role.
  • Experience in B2C Marketing with EdTech will be preferable.
  • Experience in performance marketing and social media advertising campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in using tools such as Google Analytics and marketing automation platforms.
  • Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts, SEO, and conversion rate optimization.
  • Ability to build relations, craft compelling stories, and think out of box.
  • Up-to-date with marketing trends and technology.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
