Job Title

 

Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Technical Consultant. This role will involve providing technical support and guidance to our customers, ensuring that their technical requirements are met.

 

Key Responsibilities

- Provide technical support and guidance to customers on a variety of technical topics, including application monitoring and data management.
- Develop and implement application monitoring solutions to enhance application availability and performance in production.
- Analyze and troubleshoot problems, identifying root causes and proposing corrective action plans.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration and effective communication.
- Maintain accurate records of issues and resolutions, ensuring compliance with quality assurance standards.

 

Requirements

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 7-10 years of experience in production support area (L2 and L3 Support).
- Strong knowledge of SQL, SSIS/SSRS, and intermediate knowledge of .NET. Data management and ETL projects also required.
