Siemens Energy is seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Engineer to join our team in Gurgaon. As a Mechanical Engineer - Design and Development, you will be responsible for the execution of the complete Mechanical Building Services scope for Transmission projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop HVAC and layouts, including interdisciplinary coordination.
  • Prepare HVAC system concepts, descriptions, P&IDs, technical data sheets, and technical specifications.
  • Perform design calculations and equipment selections, including AHU, Chiller, VRF, fans, pumps, and heating systems.
  • Evaluate design drawings and calculations for HVAC, piping, and mechanical systems.
  • Plan inter-disciplinary meetings with internal and external customers.
  • Vendor offer evaluations, FAT/SAT participation, and technical risk and opportunity assessment.
  • Estimate engineering effort for each project development and innovate ideas to reduce engineering effort with quality.
Requirements:
  • B.E./B.Tech./M.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering with 5-12 years of relevant work experience.
  • Good communication, interpersonal skills, and willingness to work in inter-disciplinary teams.
  • Hands-on experience in Autodesk tools - Inventor, Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks.
