Tour Planning Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and prepare customized tour packages for clients
  • Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best rates
  • Maintain data and reports systematically to track performance
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and issue resolution

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in the tourism industry
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to multitask
  • Good understanding of international destinations and travel requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Travel & Tourism or equivalent
