Full Stack Developer Position
As a Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing full-stack Java applications from concept to deployment. This is an exciting opportunity to lead the development team in creating robust backend applications using Spring Boot and build interactive single-page applications with Angular JS.
We are looking for a highly skilled developer who can mentor junior and mid-level developers on best coding practices, design patterns, and overall software development principles. You will collaborate effectively with product managers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into clear technical specifications.
Your primary goal will be to ensure high code quality through regular thorough code reviews, adherence to established software development standards, and implementation of unit/integration tests. Additionally, you will stay updated with emerging technologies, industry trends, and new features within the Java, Spring Boot, and Angular JS ecosystems to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
In this role, you will coordinate seamlessly with DevOps teams to implement and optimize CI/CD processes for efficient and automated deployment cycles. You will actively participate in technical design discussions, sprint planning, and problem-solving sessions. Furthermore, you will develop and maintain technical documentation for new and existing features.
Key Responsibilities:

- Familiarity with relational databases and ORM frameworks
- Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML5 and JavaScript
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
