Job Title: Technical Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and seasoned technical expert to drive the backend architecture and development using Node.js.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, and optimize APIs, microservices, and integrations to drive business value.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and efficient data exchange between front-end and back-end systems.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality software solutions using MongoDB for data modeling, schema design, and performance tuning.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and implement scalable, high-performance services.
  • Ensure code quality, security, logging, and scalability by following best practices and industry standards.
  • Participate in architectural decisions, trade-offs, and mentor junior team members to foster growth and development.

Must-Have Skills & Qualifications:

  • Backend: Expertise in Node.js, Express, and building and maintaining complex backend services in production.
  • Database: Strong experience with MongoDB: schema design, indexing, querying, scaling, and performance optimization.
  • Frontend Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with front-end developers using React (with Vite) and understand how back-end and front-end interact.
  • Cloud / Deployment: Experience with AWS: setting up environments, deployment pipelines, monitoring, security, and infrastructure management.
  • Architecture & Scaling: Knowledge of microservices, distributed systems, handling high traffic, fault tolerance, and scalability.
