About the Job

We are seeking a skilled professional to oversee medical device turnaround process at our facility.

This role involves disinfection, electronics checks, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance to ensure devices are ready for redeployment after each rental cycle.

  • Perform thorough cleaning of medical devices according to established procedures.
  • Inspect devices for functional issues after patient usage and replace components as needed.
  • Conduct quality control checks, maintain calibration records, and perform minor repairs.

Troubleshooting & Repairs

  • Diagnose electronic problems and perform basic repairs.
  • Coordinate with R&D team for advanced repairs or escalations.

Device Deployment Support

  • Responsible for device pickups and installations at hospitals/home-care centers.
  • Deploy new/rental devices as per requirement and provide basic training to healthcare staff.

Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain service logs, device usage hours, complaints, and interventions.
  • Prepare monthly reports for operations and product teams.

Requirements

  • B.Tech/Diploma in Electronics, Biomedical Engineering, or related fields.
  • 1-3 years of experience in servicing medical equipment.
  • Hands-on skills in electronics troubleshooting and preventive maintenance.
