Job Summary

Larsen & Toubro is seeking an Environmental Sustainability Specialist to join their team. This role will be responsible for ensuring that all environmental requirements are met and that the company's Environmental Management System (EMS) is implemented effectively.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of ESG requirements and will be able to coordinate with project sites to collect and analyze data. They will also possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to prepare professional documents in line with EMS standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with project sites to collect and analyze environmental data
  • Prepare professional documents, including standard operating procedures and reports, in line with EMS standards
  • Conduct meetings with project sites and prepare site issue reports
  • Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and guidelines
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective implementation of EMS
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong understanding of ESG requirements
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other software applications
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
