Visual Identity Leader Needed

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and evolve our visual language across all Guild properties.
  • Lead design efforts across various formats including web, social, editorial, motion, events, video, and emerging platforms.
  • Integrate Gen-AI tools into concepting, style-frames, motion pre-viz, and rapid prototyping.
  • Partner with our video team to craft cinematic title cards, lower thirds, and data-driven infographics.

Requirements:

  • 6–10 years of experience leading multi-disciplinary design teams in media, digital publishing, or agency environments.
  • Proficiency in Adobe CC (Ps, Ai, Id, Ae), Figma; bonus points for Blender/C4D, Unreal, or 3-D prototyping apps.
  • Experience with AI image/video tools for ideation or production; ability to write, refine, and share effective prompt libraries.
  • Expert eye for typography, color, layout, motion, data-viz & brand systems.
  • Ability to see the narrative thread behind every pixel and sell the concept in the boardroom.
