Job Title: Social Media Marketing Specialist

Description:

We are seeking a creative and resourceful marketing professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, outstanding presentation-making abilities, and a passion for the internet and digital technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage a comprehensive database of social media influencers across various categories in India.
  • Negotiate commercial opportunities and coordinate campaign expectations with influencers.
  • Prepare campaign reports using Excel and PowerPoint, providing valuable insights for future strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with the internal team to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of influencer content.
  • Identify and create databases of top influencers across various categories in India.
  • Plan and execute successful campaigns that drive results.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communication, or a related field.
  • Excellent digital marketing skills, with experience in social media platforms.
  • Digital-first mindset, with a passion for staying up-to-date on the latest industry trends.
  • 6-12 months of experience in an agency setting.
  • Ability to decode trends and analytics from data.
  • Strong problem-solving attitude.
  • Passionate about building successful collaborations with influencers.
