We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Course Counselor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding students about digital marketing courses, counseling students regarding their course inquiries, and mentoring junior counselors.
About the Role:
- Counsel students regarding their course inquiries
- Provide guidance to students and their parents both in-person and over the phone
- Mentor junior counselors (for Associate and Senior Associate levels)
- Take on additional responsibilities as a senior counselor (for Senior Associate level)
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets
- Calculate and track conversion rates
- Utilize CRM and sales automation tools for sales and report generation
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 1 - 8 years of work experience in a similar role
- Outstanding communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build trust with potential learners
- Excellent closure techniques and convincing skills
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in high-pressure, fast-paced environments
- Revenue-focused with a strong ability to think numerically and optimize sales strategies
