Sales Operations Coordinator

Solar industry leader seeks a highly motivated Sales Operations Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and be able to effectively coordinate sales operations across various departments.
Key Responsibilities:- Review RFP Data: Identify pertinent project requirements, ensuring seamless execution of sales operations.
- Purchase Order Management: Lead the purchase order process from initial deal negotiation to final execution, maintaining smooth communication with sales teams, customers, and internal departments.
- Collaboration and Communication: Foster strong relationships with the sales team, customers, and internal departments to ensure timely and efficient order processing.
- Process Improvement: Identify potential bottlenecks or issues in the PO process, implementing corrective measures to enhance sales operations efficiency, accuracy, and effectiveness.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support, including filing reports and presenting sales team members with necessary documents.
Additional responsibilities include developing and implementing strategies to enhance sales operations efficiency, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales operations, and providing regular reports and analysis to management. This role also involves conducting training sessions to educate sales team members on sales operations processes and providing ongoing support and guidance to sales team members.
