Technical Sales Engineer

At DBSync, we are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales/Solution Engineer to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical expertise and sales acumen, enabling them to effectively engage with clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions that drive business growth.
About the RoleWe are looking for an individual who is passionate about technology and has a strong understanding of data integration and cloud-based solutions. As a Sales/Solution Engineer, you will be responsible for collaborating with the sales team to identify customer needs and technical requirements, conducting product demonstrations and presentations, and providing expert guidance and support to customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with the sales team to identify customer needs and technical requirements.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations, showcasing the benefits and functionality of our solutions.
- Be a trusted advisor and partner for our customers on how best to integrate and implement solutions.
- Assist in the preparation of proposals, RFP responses, and pricing estimates.
- Develop a deep understanding of our products and services, including industry trends and competitive landscape.
- Address technical questions and concerns from customers, providing expert guidance and support.
- Customize solutions based on specific customer requirements and business challenges.
- Work with customers during the implementation phase to ensure a seamless transition and successful deployment of solutions.
- Provide ongoing technical support and relationship management to drive customer satisfaction and retention.
