Our company is seeking an experienced Unified Communications (UC) engineer to join our team.

Job Description

The successful candidate will design, implement and maintain complex UC systems, ensuring high availability, scalability and security.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and deploying UC solutions, including voice over IP (VoIP), video conferencing and instant messaging.
  • Configuring and troubleshooting UC devices, such as Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM), Cisco Unity Connection (CUC), Expressway and Jabber clients.
  • Providing technical guidance and support to internal stakeholders on UC-related issues.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Deep understanding of UC products and technologies, including CUCM, CUC, IM & Presence, Expressways and Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise (UCCX).
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing large-scale UC deployments, with a focus on high availability, scalability and security.
  • Strong technical skills, including knowledge of SIP, H.323, MGCP, VoIP protocols and network architecture.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to analyze complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.
