Job Overview

Our organization seeks a skilled Financial Manager to oversee financial operations and drive strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and present timely and accurate financial reports, providing insightful analysis to inform business decisions.
  • Monitor and analyze manufacturing costs, variances, and production performance to identify areas for improvement, optimizing processes for efficiency and profitability.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models to support forecasting and long-term planning, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Manage the collection and payment of accounts receivable and payable, maintaining positive relationships with external and internal customers and suppliers.

Accounting and Control

  • Implement and maintain robust cost accounting systems and processes, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
  • Analyze cost structures and identify opportunities for reduction and efficiency improvements, recommending actionable solutions.

Operational Support

  • Collaborate with production and operations teams to understand financial implications of manufacturing activities, providing valuable insights to inform operational decisions.
  • Offer expert financial guidance and recommendations to support business growth and expansion.

Internal Coordination

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for external auditors, facilitating seamless audit processes.
  • Coordinate audit activities across all subsidiaries, ensuring timely and complete submission of audit schedules and reports.

Banking and Treasury

  • Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate records of cash transactions, ensuring financial integrity and transparency.
