Customer Experience Expert

We're building a revolutionary marketplace for fine jewelry, curating pieces from over 30 women-owned brands across the globe. Our store is a high-visibility retail space where you'll play a crucial role in shaping a positive shopping experience for customers.

You'll be responsible for delivering best-in-class customer service through personalized styling experiences and thorough product knowledge. This includes:

  1. Curate exceptional customer experiences through tailored styling recommendations and expert product knowledge.
  2. Drive sales and meet performance metrics by exceeding targets in sales per hour, conversion percentage, and revenue.
  3. Stay informed about our products, latest launches, and specialized services to educate customers and provide excellent support.
  4. Champion our core values every day: Customer Obsessed, Empowered Owners, Just Do It, Humility, Curiosity, and Drive Results.
  5. Support OMNI business services, including purchases, returns, exchanges, phone sales, online to offline purchases, and vice versa.
  6. Maintain store appearance and inventory through daily upkeep of visual displays and participation in monthly inventory counts.
  7. Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying areas of opportunity within store operations and proposing solutions.
