We are seeking an experienced professional to join our HR team as a Staffing Generalist. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and remotely.
This role requires a high level of autonomy and flexibility, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of HR principles and practices, with experience in recruitment, talent management, and benefits administration.
The Staffing Generalist will be responsible for supporting the HR department in daily administrative tasks, including recruitment and onboarding processes, employee relations, and performance management. This role also involves managing Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures.
In addition to these responsibilities, the Staffing Generalist will participate in training initiatives and contribute to the development of HR programs and services. They will also provide exceptional customer service to employees, managers, and other stakeholders.
