Job Title: Lead Risk Management Professional

Job Description:

You will lead and manage independent projects across various operational risk management areas. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading internal control assessments, developing SOPs and policies, third-party risk management, incident management and reporting, loss data, and business continuity for financial institutions.
  • Preparing detailed project plans for timely delivery and reviewing existing frameworks, policies, procedures, and risk and control matrices for theoretical soundness.
  • Validating identified control weaknesses and contributing to the firm-wide risk and control self-assessment (RCSA) exercise.
  • Identifying changes to the risk profile and considering their impact on the heat map for risk rating.
  • Meeting business needs and regulatory expectations for assessing key aspects of each area under review.
  • Demonstrating independence in planning and stakeholder engagement, testing design and execution, results interpretation, and presentation.

You will also be responsible for providing regular updates on project execution and quality reviews, identifying and emphasizing findings that warrant discussions with Risk Management Committees, and demonstrating value provided to the client by way of developing and presenting risk dashboards and risk analytics on key items.

Requirements:
  • 9-12 years of experience in operational risk, incident management, third-party risks, business continuity planning, loss data, fraud risk, internal controls, SOP, and policies.
  • CA, ACCA, MBA, or any other relevant master's program.
  • Project Management and ORM certifications.
  • Excellent MS-Excel, Word, and PPT skills.
