We offer a comprehensive solution for all employee health benefits needs, helping Companies build Customized Wellness solutions focused on Primary Care aspects like Fitness, Mental Health, Doctor Teleconsultation, OPD programs, etc.

This increases employee engagement through gamification and reduces out-of-pocket expenses while creating healthier workforces.

We are looking for a Senior Data Engineer to join our high-energy team.

You will have a direct impact on tooling/development cycles/testing frameworks, working with NodeJS, ensuring Data integrity across multiple data storages (DB/Kafka/S3, etc) while balancing speed/quality.

Responsibilities include:

  • Processing data according to guidelines.
  • Developing reports and analyses.
  • Supporting the data warehouse in identifying and revising reporting requirements.
  • Evaluating changes and updates to source production systems.
  • Identifying and developing data pipelines to support data standardization.
  • Handling multiple sources of data, structuring large data sets to find usable information, and coming up with standardized schema.
  • Visualizing data using graphs, infographics, data dumps, cohorts, heat maps, clusters, and other methods.

Requirements:

  • 4-6 years of relevant experience.
  • Variety of skills and qualifications to solve problems using large amounts of data.
  • Good knowledge of databases like MySQL (scripts, procedures, functions, indexes, relationships, schema management) and NoSQL.
  • Coding skills in languages like Python.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Data gathering, cleaning, and transforming techniques.
  • Reporting and data visualization skills using Tableau, PowerBI, or other tools.
  • Data warehousing and ETL techniques.
  • Strong written/verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze existing tools and databases and provide software solution recommendations.
  • Understanding of addressing and metadata standards.
