AI Leadership Position

We are seeking a seasoned AI leader to spearhead our efforts in advancing artificial intelligence and generative AI capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and deploy models, including large language models, statistical models, retrieval-augmented generators, anomaly detection, predictive analytics, causal inference, and action recommendation models.
  2. Promote the use of prompt engineering and fine-tuning techniques to enhance insights from generative AI models.
  3. Establish reference architectures for batch processing and streaming architectures to support connected data and machine learning pipeline executions.
  4. Collaborate with data scientists, generative AI developers, and machine learning engineers to advance AI solutions.
  5. Consult on client deployments, ensuring data quality, integrity, and accessibility for model training and inference.
  6. Lead use case development and platform demonstration meetings, explaining platform capabilities and fitments.
  7. Collaborate with product managers, data engineers, and business analysts to align AI solutions with platform goals and user requirements.
  8. Support pre-sales, marketing, and sales activities by providing subject matter expertise.

Requirements:

  • In-depth understanding of statistics, classical machine learning, deep learning, and generative AI, with significant hands-on experience.
  • Able to understand business problems in various domains and translate them into AI model requirements.
  • Experience with cloud-based machine learning platforms, open-source large language models, and prompt engineering.
  • Hands-on with excellent machine learning programming skills in Python using open-source libraries.
  • 12-18 years of machine learning model development and application experience.
