Skillful Customer Care Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled customer care specialist to join our team. As a senior member of our customer service department, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues: You will be the primary point of contact for customers, providing prompt and professional responses to their queries and concerns.

  • Meeting performance targets: You will be expected to meet performance targets for quality metrics such as first call resolution rate, handle time, and abandon rate.
