We are seeking a skilled and ambitious professional to join our team as a Valuation Specialist. As part of our esteemed Valuations team, you will have the opportunity to work with top-tier clients across various industries, providing advisory support services in diverse valuations engagements.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing an in-depth understanding of the industry, company operations, and key performance drivers. You will interpret and analyze financial statements, annual reports, management presentations, business plans, and other publicly available information to provide high-quality deliverables within agreed timelines.

  • You will assist experienced team members in executing complex valuation exercises, including business valuation, intangible asset valuation, goodwill impairment testing, and valuation for deal support fund raising purposes.
  • Key responsibilities include preparing quality deliverables, such as valuation models and reports, within agreed timeliness, leveraging your analytical and systematic problem-solving skills.
Requirements
  • A Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent qualification is required, along with an excellent academic track record and strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Excel, are essential for success in this role.
  • A working knowledge of data sources such as Bloomberg would be advantageous.
