Creative Motion Graphics Specialist

We're seeking a creative and versatile motion graphics designer to join our team.
This is an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of design, technology, and consumer engagement.
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of professional experience in motion design with a focus on short-form digital video content.
Key responsibilities include designing and animating short-form video content, leveraging AI-powered tools, experimenting with generative AI platforms, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
The successful candidate will be able to translate static visuals and UI designs into engaging motion assets that elevate brand messaging and product storytelling.
Additionally, they will be able to optimize creatives for performance across platforms and use data-driven insights to review performance and iterate on high-performing videos.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator & Photoshop, and a solid understanding of video editing, sound design, motion typography, and transitions.
A strong visual storytelling instinct and attention to pacing, rhythm, and detail are essential.
The ability to work independently, quickly adapt to feedback, and iterate at speed in a fast-paced environment is also crucial.
Bonus points for familiarity with AI-driven tools, proactive research of emerging AI trends, and experience creating performance marketing videos or app store preview assets.
