Are you a strategic leader with exceptional organizational skills looking to drive payroll operations forward? We have an exciting opportunity for a Payroll Lead who will oversee the timely and accurate delivery of India payroll.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of HR systems and databases, as well as excellent leadership and interpersonal skills. This role requires effective communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to manage various stakeholders and ensure seamless project execution.

We are seeking a results-driven professional with proven working experience in payroll management. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Managing administration of overall Payroll shared services
  • Ensuring compliance and accuracy in monthly Payroll activities
  • Validation of data to be accurate and truthful
  • Employee Benefits including Employee reimbursements
  • MIS and Analytics regarding payroll and employee benefits
