We seek a skilled Casino Dealer to join our team at INNOVISION Limited in Panaji, Goa, India. This full-time position offers a salary range of Fresher: Less than 1 year, with a diverse and dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Efficiently and accurately deal casino games, ensuring a seamless gaming experience for our patrons.
  • Engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner, providing exceptional service and support.
  • Manage cash transactions and maintain a secure gaming environment, upholding the highest standards of integrity and responsibility.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse individuals.
  • Physical fitness, with no visible marks or tattoos on the hands, face, or neck.
  • A minimum of 12th Pass education, with no upper age limit.
  • A height of at least 5.2 feet, with a preference for candidates from the South region.
  • Annual incentives of 10%, along with a competitive salary, service charge, and benefits package.

  • A comprehensive compensation package, including a salary of 18K after joining and 27K after the probation period, plus service charge and annual incentives.
  • Good personality and excellent English communication skills, with a preference for Northeast and Himalayan State candidates.
