Job Title: Digital Communications Manager

Job Description:

This is a dynamic role where you will be responsible for developing and executing a communications strategy that reinforces the brand's positioning as a go-to destination for curated, modern Indian fashion.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand voice and storytelling across all digital channels, including the website, Instagram, emailers, and WhatsApp.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to ideate and execute cohesive campaigns from concept to completion, and possess proficiency in graphic design and video editing tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a communications strategy that aligns with business objectives
  • Conceptualise and develop engaging campaigns that reinforce the brand's positioning
  • Build and maintain communication guidelines to ensure tone and style consistency across teams and platforms
  • Design and deliver all digital communication assets, including static creatives, Reels, Stories, GIFs, emailers, and website banners
  • Manage day-to-day digital communication across platforms to ensure timely, engaging, and relevant messaging
