Job Title: Desktop Publishing Specialist

The primary objective of this role is to create high-quality print-ready files using advanced software applications. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional results within tight deadlines.

This position requires proficiency in multiple software applications including Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, MS Word, and PowerPoint. Additionally, familiarity with Acrobat Professional, PDF Remediation, and other tools such as Photoshop and Illustrator is preferred.

A strong understanding of the localization industry and prior experience working with multilingual content in InDesign, MS Word, and performing QA checks is mandatory. You should also possess the ability to make sound decisions in critical situations and have a high level of problem-solving ability.

We are looking for an individual who can work effectively in Windows/Mac environments and has excellent written and verbal communication skills. Prior experience with tools like Citrix, VPN, or similar applications is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Creation of high-quality print-ready files using Adobe InDesign and other software applications.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Requirements:

  1. Hands-on experience in the localization industry/projects is mandatory, including working with multilingual content in InDesign, MS Word, and performing QA checks.
  2. Capable of making sound decisions in critical situations with a high level of problem-solving ability.

Note: The successful candidate should be comfortable working night shifts (8:30pm-5:30am IST) Monday to Friday.
