We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Specialist to ensure the reliability of our exams and prevent any issues for clients and candidates. This is a unique opportunity to join our team and make a significant impact in the quality of our products.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough quality checks on all tasks using proprietary software and internal tools.
- Develop and implement test plans to ensure compliance with approved processes.
- Run end-to-end quality checks of exams using proprietary software and external tools.
- Provide detailed feedback on quality issues found during checks.
- Track and report on assigned projects efficiently and effectively.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders as required to achieve project goals.
- Higher educational qualification in a technology-related field.
- Experience with QA methodologies and principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.
- High level of technical acumen and attention to detail.
- Full-time position: 40 hours per week.
