Integration Specialist

Job Overview:

  • Role: Software Integration Expert
  • Experience: 3 – 4 years of experience in software integration

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing integration solutions with Workforce.
  • Proficient in programming languages at an advanced level, including JavaScript.
  • Working knowledge of database management systems and writing SQL queries.
  • Implementing SOAP and Restful Web Services for integration purposes.
  • Familiarity with Single Sign-On (SSO) Federations is a plus.
  • Knowledge of HR, Payroll, or Time & Attendance is beneficial.
  • Designing and implementing packaged application software interfaces.
  • Developing APIs for customers to connect with Human Capital Management (HCM) applications.
  • Assisting customers in all integration processes and designing architecture programs.
  • Performing unit and system testing of configured applications.
  • Excellent communication skills to understand customer requirements.
  • Staying current on technical specifications of software products.
  • Revising existing interfaces to improve operating efficiency or adapt to new requirements.
  • Maintaining high-quality documentation and code revision practices.
