Job Role
We are seeking a skilled Welder Trainer to join our team. As a key member of our training program, you will be responsible for training students on various welding techniques including Arc, MIG and TIG.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct hands-on practice sessions on welding equipment with focus on safety.
  • Support students in developing welding projects and preparing for certification placement.


Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should have the following qualifications:
  • ITI or Diploma in Welding Technology or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Certification in Advanced Welding (Arc, MIG, TIG, Gas Welding).


Requirements
In addition to the above qualifications, we require:
  • Good communication skills.
  • Local language proficiency.
  • Willingness to travel.
  • Knowledge of training-related activities.


Experience
A minimum of 4-5 years of relevant operational or domain training experience is required for this role.
