Job Responsibilities
As an SEO & Client Servicing Executive, you will be responsible for:
- Serving as the main point of contact for clients, providing excellent customer service and maintaining strong, long-term relationships.
- Collaborating with the SEO team to develop and execute tailored SEO strategies for clients.
- Managing client expectations by effectively communicating project timelines, deliverables, and performance metrics.
- Providing clients with regular updates on SEO campaign performance, reporting, and key insights.
- Analyzing SEO performance reports (traffic, rankings, conversions) and working with the team to adjust strategies for better results.
- Coordinating and communicating with internal teams, including SEO specialists, content writers, and developers, to ensure smooth project execution.
- Proactively identifying new opportunities to enhance client SEO strategies, including content optimization, link-building, and technical SEO improvements.
- Troubleshooting and resolving any client concerns or issues related to SEO performance.
- Monitoring competitor activities and trends in the SEO industry to keep clients informed on relevant updates.
- Assisting clients in understanding SEO best practices and educating them on the importance of SEO for business growth.
Requirements
- Proven experience in client servicing, account management, or a similar customer-facing role, ideally in the digital marketing or SEO space.
- Basic understanding of SEO principles and best practices, including keyword research, on-page and off-page SEO, content optimization, and technical SEO.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and internal teams.
- Ability to explain SEO concepts in a clear and approachable manner to clients with varying levels of understanding.
- Experience with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar tools.
