Irrigation Project Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to join our team in the role of Divisional Head. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading and managing our Irrigation & Solar Pump Projects division. This involves complete ownership of project planning, execution, delivery, vendor management, billing, liaisoning, and compliance.

Key responsibilities include:

• Lead end-to-end execution of irrigation and solar pump EPC projects from planning to commissioning.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with required quality & safety standards.
• Monitor multi-site project operations and resolve on-ground challenges.

Project Execution & Delivery

The successful candidate will have expertise in developing detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation. They will also formulate strategies for cost optimization, efficiency, and scalability, driving market expansion opportunities in irrigation and solar pumping solutions.

Vendor Management & Procurement

Our ideal candidate will possess strong vendor management and negotiation capabilities, including identifying, evaluating, and finalizing vendors, contractors, and suppliers.

• Identify, evaluate, and finalize vendors, contractors, and suppliers.
• Negotiate contracts and ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
• Drive vendor development and long-term partnerships.

Billing & Financial Oversight

They will approve vendor bills and monitor project budgets and expenditures, ensuring timely client billing, certification, and payment collection.

Client & Stakeholder Management

You will act as the primary point of contact for government agencies, clients, and farmers, handling liaisoning with state and central government departments for schemes.

The successful candidate will enforce quality control measures and safety standards across sites, overseeing complete documentation, reporting, and dashboard management.

Qualification

A B.Tech / M.Tech in Electrical, Civil or Agricultural Engineering is required, along with 12–15 years of progressive experience in EPC project execution.
